Bramblecrest Adjustable Table Instructions

Bramblecrest adjustable tables traditionally require two people to adjust the table manually. However, as of 2024, they have introduced a new piston operated adjustable table this new mechanism only requires one person to adjust the table.

Lowering a Piston Operated Table

• First, you need to locate the lever (this can be found on one side of the table near the table top)

• To lower the table you need to use one hand to pull the lever upwards

• Use your spare hand and place it in the centre of the table

• At the same time pull the lever upwards and apply pressure to the middle of the table

• If you find it does not move you may need to apply a bit more pressure to the centre of the table

• Release the lever and the table is in place

Top Tip: If you’re unsure and would like to test the table's stability, place your hand on it and apply pressure - if it is stable, the table will remain in place and not wobble.

Raising a Piston Operated Table

• Locate the lever (found on one side of the table)

• Pull the lever upwards

• The table can be adjusted to multiple positions

• Once in position release the lever

Adjusting a Manual Table

Manual tables are different to piston tables, they always require two people to adjust them. We want to emphasise how important it is to use two people to adjust these tables. If you attempt to adjust the table on your own you risk the other side of the table dropping and this could cause the ceramic table top to crack.

• Locate the openings on two opposite sides of the table (they will be found on the table base)

• Place one foot in the opening, you will both need to do this

• Use both hands to hold the edge of the table to lift or lower the table

• When doing so the mechanism will either roll towards you or the other individual

• To lower the table all you need to do is slowly lower the top and roll the mechanism the opposite way

• The mechanism will only go one way when you either lift or lower the table

• When the table is securely in place as you will hear a clicking sound

Using & Operating Your Firepit Table

If you're new to using a Bramblecrest firepit table, lighting it for the first time can be a bit daunting. Here's a simple, guide to help you get started.

Before you light your firepit, ensure you have taken all necessary safety precautions. Ensure you place your firepit table on a stable and flat surface. Check that nothing is hanging over the firepit that could catch fire - such as branches.

Insert the battery

• You need one AA battery

• Find the firepit controls

• On the right hand side you will find the ignitor button

• Unscrew the cap and insert your AA battery

• Screw the cap back on tightly

One thing to note is that most Bramblecrest Firepit Tables take a AA battery however if the ignition button is black you will need to use a AAA battery.

Igniting a firepit table

• Locate the gas bottle storage drawer and pull it open

• Place your propane 5kg patio gas bottle in the drawer and connect the red nozzle to the gas bottle

• On one side of the table you will see a control panel - on the right hand side you have the ignitor switch and on the left, you have the temperature control

• To light the table you will need to press the ignitor switch and when you do this you will hear a clicking sound

• Whilst pressing the ignition switch you need to push the temperature control dial in and turn it clockwise

• Make sure to do points 4 & 5 at the same time and you will see the table ignite

Firepit Troubleshooting Tips

One issue you might encounter when first using your firepit is that it does not light. The first thing to do is check that the battery is in place, don't just assume one is already there. Secondly, check that the battery is in the right way around.

Cantilever Parasol Instructions

Bramblecrest parasols are really easy to use. They come with a couple of different mechanisms that allow you to tilt and rotate the parasol. Bramblecrest cantilever parasols come with a 100kg granite base to keep it secure, this base is comprised of four 25kg granite triangles.

Putting your parasol up

• Find the handle used to wind the canopy open (this can be found on the side of the pole)

• Find the handle at the back of the parasol

• Squeeze the handle at the back and push it upwards

• Once in the desired position release the handle (you will hear a clicking sound if this is in place)

• Then wind the other handle clockwise to open the canopy

Tilting your parasol left or right

• Locate the handle or lever (found on the centre rib nearest the parasol pole)

• This will either pull towards you or push out towards the canopy

• Simply move the handle left or right to tilt it

Tilting your parasol up or down

• Find the handle at the back of the parasol (the one you used to open it)

• Squeeze the handle

• Push the parasol up or down

• To secure the parasol you will see circular holes on the pole

• The parasol must be released in one of these holes

• When you release the handle you will hear a clicking sound if the parasol is secure

Rotating your parasol

• On the parasol base you will see a pedal (we find this easier to do if you stand on the base)

• Step on the pedal with one foot

• With your hand push the pole or pull the canopy

• You will then be able to tilt the parasol 360 degrees

• Once in position simply step off the pedal

Closing your parasol

• This is just like opening the parasol but in reverse

• Wind the handle and close the canopy

• Find the handle at the back of the parasol pole and squeeze

• Pull the canopy all the way down until it is in an upright position

• Secure the canopy with the fastener attached to the canopy

How to use Bramblecrest parasol lights

Some Bramblecrest parasols include LED lights built into the spokes and centre. They are powered by a battery pack attached to a spoke of the parasol. This pack can be detached and charged indoors using the cable provided.

However, a plug is not provided with the charging cable. You need a plug that is compatible with a standard USB cable, just like what you use to charge your phone.

How to turn lights on and off

• To operate the lights find the battery pack attached to one of the ribs

• You will see two buttons

• One button will show you the charge left on the pack

• The other button controls the lights

• Press this button to turn the lights on and off
