• What can I cook in my pizza oven?

• Can I put my pizza oven in an enclosed space or inside my garage?

  No, your pizza oven should never be in an enclosed area. This is because the smoke and fumes must be allowed to escape.

• Do I need to purchase a hose and regulator for my Outback BBQ?

  No, all Outback BBQs come with a hose and regulator. Outback recommend that you replace these after a few years of use.

• What is the difference between a gas and charcoal BBQ?

  Charcoal barbecues burn solid fuel to provide the heat which cooks the food. Whilst the charcoal burns smoke is emitted which adds flavour to your food. The flavour can change depending on the fuel you use. Gas barbecues burn gas to provide heat which cooks the food. Less smoke is produced with gas BBQs but there is some smoke which comes from the fat in the food, and this could add flavour to your food.
