A height-adjustable garden table typically includes a mechanism enabling you to raise or lower the tabletop of your garden table.

An Adaption of the Original - Manual lifting rotating to lock

There are also adjustable garden tables that are similar to the mechanism mentioned above but when you lift the table top to reach the correct height you then rotate the table top round and this then provides a platform to rest the tabletop at the correct height.

Crank Handles - Easier to manage

Some types of patio furniture utilise crank handles to manually wind the table to the correct height. Just wind the table to the desired height and leave it there, it will hold until you need to change the height again. An advantage over the previous methods of selecting the exact perfect height.

Gas Lift Mechanism - Simple to operate

Gas lift mechanisms are relatively new in comparison to the previous methods. These are really simple to operate and can be done just by one person, pull the handle, and the table will raise by itself, when you are lowering just push the table top back down again. Simple, quick and effective.
